How long will the delivery take?

Typically orders will arrive within 10–14 business days after purchase. We do our best to ensure fast and reliable shipping, but occasional delays outside of our control (weather, carrier issues, customs processing, etc.) may occur. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

How do I track my order?

All Lumerie Jewelry Studio orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you haven't received your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

How do I measure my ring size?

We recommend using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper wrapped around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimeters and compare it to a standard ring size chart.

Please note that some of our rings are adjustable, so one size fits most — check the product description for details.

All Lumerie jewelry is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant. Our pieces will not change color under normal wear. If for any reason your item does tarnish or discolor, it may be a rare processing defect — and we will replace it free of charge.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Lumerie pieces looking their best:

• Avoid wearing jewelry during housework, exercise, or any rough activity.
• If your jewelry comes into contact with bleach or acidic substances, rinse it with water immediately.
• Store each piece separately in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.
• Always close clasps before storing to avoid knots.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Gentle wash: Prepare a small bowl of warm water with a mild, bleach-free liquid soap. Use a soft brush to gently lather the jewelry, then rinse with warm water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Jewelry cleaner: You may also use a brand-name liquid jewelry cleaner — follow the instructions on the label.

Ultrasonic cleaner: These compact machines use high-frequency vibrations to clean jewelry in minutes. Suitable for most pieces that can be safely submerged in liquid.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
